Hey Christian versuchs doch mal wie damals in der Fahrschule: 
1.Gang einlegen, Kupplung laangsam bis zum Schleifpunkt kommen lassen und dann vorsichtig Gas geben..... 
Aber bloß nicht abwürgen....
